The radio module “VALCOR VCL” is used for remote three-channel control of objects, such as garage or portal doors, radio panic button, elevators, etc. VALCOR VCL1 is characterized by extremely high flexibility (5 operating modes), reliability and security, through the use of a hopping code – with each press of a button a different code is emitted and does not allow its recording. The VCL1 has two build-in relays (1 & 2), one transistor output for external relay(3) and can operate up to 64 remotes
Valcor VCL has the ability to connect to a computer, through which with the help of specialized software can be delete, save or replace a specific number of remote controls, and the rest of remote controls to function normally; remote controls operating with one system can be transferred to another system. A computer connection is an option and is not required for normal system operation.
- Operating modes for relays 1 and 2
1.1 Operating mode 1 – timing . In this mode, when button 1 is pressed, relay 1 is activated for a pre-programmed time (0.7 sec. – 8 min.), After time passes the relay switches off. When button 2 is pressed, relay 2 turns on for the preset time and after time passes it switches off. When relay 1 is switched on, the other (2) is automatically switched off. Application: Used to control central locks, electromechanical locks, garage doors, rolling shutters and others with reversible motors with unambiguous action control, eg button 1 locks, button 2 unlocks.
1.2. Operating mode 2 – with hold. In this mode, relay 1 is switched on for the time for which button 1 has been pressed, and by releasing the button, the relay is also switched off. Relay 2 is controlled in the same way by button 2. The relays operate independently of each other. Application: General use
1.3. Operating mode 3 – with triggering. In this mode, by pressing button 1 once, relay 1 is switched ON. To switch OFF – button 1 must be pressed again. Relay 2 is switched with button 2. The relays operate independently of each other.
1.4. Operating mode 4 – with switching. In this mode, one relay always remains on. With button 1 relay 1 is switched on and relay 2 is switched off, and with button 2 relay 2 is switched on and relay 1 is switched off.
1.5. Operating mode 5 – during trigger time. In this mode, when the button is pressed, relay 1 is activated for the preset time. After this time has elapsed, and the button is pressed again- relay 2 will be switched on for the preset. Then the cycle repeats. If the button is pressed during operation of one relay, it causes the relay to stop (switch off), and when the button is pressed again, the other relay will be activated. Application: This mode is used to control garage doors, rolling shutters and other objects with reversible motors, and can be combined with one remote control to independently up to three doors.
1.6. Operating mode for control of electromechanical lock (for relays 1 and 2). This mode is an upgrade setting to operating modes 1 and 5, as the device works in the same way described in items 11 and 1.5., But the time for switching on the relays is fixed at 0.2 sec., Application: Central lock for cars, electromechanical locks and other.
1.7. Remote control with external button– not used for mode 2. Pressing the external button (NET input is briefly given to GND) plays the role of button 2 on the remote control for modes 1 and 3. In mode 4, pressing the external button, switches relays. In mode 5, pressing the external button plays the role of pressing a valid button on the remote control
- Operating modes for relay 3 (external relay) – Output 3 has independent modes and times from relays 1, 2 If relays 1 and 2 are in mode 5 (5-6) and button 3 is used on the remote control of relays, then output 3 cannot be operated by button 3! Note: You need to add external relay to the transistor output 3.
2.1. Operating mode 1 for relay 3 – with timing. In this mode, when button 3 is pressed, relay 3 is activated for a pre-programmed time (0.8 sec – 8 min), after the time passes it switches off. Note: The retention time is different from the time for Relays 1.2 and is programmed separately.
2.2. Operating mode 2 for relay 3 – with delay. In this mode relay 3 is switched on for the time for which button 3 is pressed. By releasing the button the relay is also switched off.
2.3. Operating mode 3 for relay 3 – with triggering. In this mode, pressing button 3 once turns on the outputTo switch off, button 3 must be pressed again.
2.4. Operating mode 4 for relay 3 – simultaneously with relay 1 or 2 during and with button 3. In this mode, when button 3 is pressed, relay 3 is activated for a pre-programmed time (0.8 sec – 8 min), after which it switches off. In addition to pressing button 3, the relay will switch on for the set time and each time you press button 1 or 2. In this way, for example, you can switch on lighting in the garage with relay 3. This way, each time you unlock or lock the door, the lights will turn on for a set time. And if you want to turn on the lights yourself for the set time, press only button 3. Note: The holding time is different from the time for Relays 1.2 and is programmed separately
2.5. Operating mode 5 for relay 3 – simultaneously with relay 1 or 2 timing. In this mode, relay 3 will not operate when button 3 is pressed. Relay 3 will switch on for the set time each time button 1 or 2 is pressed. In this way, you can switch on lighting for relay 3, for example. This way, each time you unlock or lock the door, the lights will turn on for a set time.
